I want a tattoo.
Obviously not a moku, it's disrespectful to Maoris. Only THEY can have those.
Besides, a face tattoo will not get me a job at all.
This dood got one Japanese tattoo. I think I'd like to get one because of the traditional awesomeness.
But-
My body is not sufficiently sexy. I'd have to lose some weight and work out.
I don't think I want to get a full body back tattoo. I would not be able to see it and I might as well just snag me a boyfriend with such a tattoo. Sadly folks in Japan think such sexy tattoos = criminal behaviour but 3 out of 5 members of Dir en grey are sporting... Tattoos.
Kyo has that dragon and phoenix. I love that. He now has several other interesting designs carved into his skin.
Kaoru now has even more tattoos on his right arm which is too sexy.
He needs to tone that down, dammit.
He has very unique designs on his left.
And Die is a naga. Nagas are cool. He's got snake scales on him.
I love good, unique, authetic, meaningful AWESOME INK.
nOW HE'S TALKING about military tattoos. Not sure I dig those as much as-

Polynesian tattoos
Japanese traditional ones
Really nice unique ink.
MAN I WANT ONE!
Sure, it would HURT A LOT
But still, the essense of tattoos is a beautiful design with a lot of meaning.
The first ink I want to get is a black swallowtail butterfly.
One that looks realistic and not cartoony. |

Dumb ass TEENAGERS TEXT AT HOME! NOT IN A CAR! COMMON SENSE WOULD TELL A PERSON THAT! GODS, PEOPLE, IF YOU DON'T DO STUPID THINGS, YOU DON'T HAVE TO AGONIZE FOREVER! $#@$@
Second of all, for some reason my Dir en grey love has just exploded. I don't know why, but it has. It's so amazing going from listening to Marrow to Gauze and realizing it's the same five guys.
What other band besides Dir en grey can make each CD sound unique and different than the other? I just get amazed at how different Marrow of the Bone is from Withering to Death. The way the style and feel is different.
Dir en grey is one amazing band. They are THE BEST BAND EVER!
I don't give that title lightly either.
Each song of theirs is different and special, they change their style instead of sticking to the same old pattern, they play their music with passion and feeling that gets right to your soul even if you don't understand more than 5 words of Japanese. There's the passion and energy they have when they are on stage. The way they thrash and groove to their music.
And they are so brave! Getting in front of people who have never heard of them, who hate them before they even play a note and play their SOULS out.
I was so proud of them in Mansfield, even though I was thinking of how I could get away from them because although they cause me a lot of joy, they have indirectly caused me pain. But when I saw them get up there, pick up their instruments and play like that to an audience that only a handful of folks loved them and knew them... I was so impressed.
Those five guys are special. I don't know what it is about them, but they are. Every since I saw their Gauze video with the band getting all weepy over people singing along to Garden, I knew these guys were something else!
It's quite annoying how folks bitch about them, how they can't win no matter what they do. But they keep doing it anyway and doing it well. |
